Ive been to the World of Gothic home page but don't see any mention of the Quest Pack. Anybody know the link for downloading this?

Here you go. :) Note that you'll first need to install the Community Patch 1.74 if you haven't already (the GOG release doesn't include this).

You also might be interested in Content Mod 2.3, which also adds new content to the game. Both Community Patch 1.74 and Quest Pack 4.2 must be installed prior to installing the Content Mod.

EDIT: fixed Content Mod version for clarity. Thanks for the heads up Kezardin :)

It might be worth noting that the English writing and translation of the Quest Pack is beyond abhorrent - fanfiction written by a 12-year-old kind of bad, along with a healthy dose of google translate, it would seem. You can still tell what's going on if you focus, but don't count on any sort of immersion.

I finalliy uninstalled the QP, whenever there was a dialouge, it seemed to take forever for the conversation to end. Like they were negotiating world peace. Also there was no sound.

The lack of sound might have something to do with the fact that there wasn't any English voice acting recorded. :P
There are German voice-overs (you should get hear them if you change the game language), and supposedly a Polish one (there are many Gothic fans in Poland for some reason), but I haven't tested any of them.
