So I know that in Gothic 2 Gold skill points threats differently:
STR 11-30 - 1 LP
STR 31-60 - 2 LP
STR 61-90 - 3 LP
STR 91-120 - 4 LP (not confirmed)
STR 121-150 - 5 LP (not confirmed)

Is there any way to lower the exchange rate? Will my Paladin do something spectacular in this instance?
And lastly how many STR points can i get from 100 gold prayers to Innos? I know that for guildless it's 10 for everything.

Nope, there isn't. It's simply how G2A works. Guilds don't have any say in this either. But you can save a few LPs by using the "x9" trick - training an attribute to 29/59/89/119 and then +5 in one click. You'll pay the older, lower LP cost instead of the bigger one.

You can only pray for the max of 10x1 STR, 10x1 DEX and 10x2 MP (no limit for HP).

Also, I'm going to link you to a few threads here: about , [url=https://www.gog.com/forum/gothic_series/g2notr_how_to_save_lps_list_of_bonuses/post1]saving LPs and a recent help-through thread with many other general tips in case there are any answers in there to your possible future questions.

Thank you! You really helped me out, now I know that STR 90 & DEX 90 will be sufficient and I can forget about mana. Meaning that extra LPs can be freely spent on potions and thievery skills ;)

P.S. I like Slovakia very much, every time I'm playing Gothic 2 it reminds me of it's nature

Well, I can see the similarities between G2 and Slovakia, and maybe not just in nature. Even though there aren't that many dragons running around and portals to the unknown lands behind Tatras, we do have roads in terrible shape, probably one presentable (and working) governmental ship, people divided into three (give or take) camps based on political stances, prisoners escaping all the time and an official Thieves Guild right in our capital city. :P

Oh, wait, no. That was . ... Or [url=http://jpeg.cz/images/2017/01/19/AuaI9.jpg]Mafia?

You mean Smer-sociálna demokracia party?
I meant government in general, but since they've been leading it almost non-stop since 2006, there can be a connection. Also, the fact that they alone had about a dozen corruption scandals and overpriced orders just in the last few months of 2016 doesn't help much either. :P

And yet the ̶C̶o̶n̶s̶i̶g̶l̶i̶e̶r̶e̶ Minister of Interior, himself accused (with a a good amount of evidence), among other things, of taking bribes and stopping the investigation of illegal VAT deductions of the person he bought his luxury flat from (supposedly by €12M in cash) and in whose building the PM lives as well, says that "in order to fight corruption in Slovakia, there would have to be any".
