So of course running into this annoying bug that seemingly was never fixed. In chapter 1 wanting to get the ornament fragment from him so i can take it to the water mages to do the quest. But no option to do so of course, took him to the farm earlier.

So, tried marvin code to turn into him and drop the piece, that didn't work just locks up the game, you cant drop his inventory. Cant load an earlier save, thats 20 levels ago so thats a no go.

Anyone have the item listing of the Lares first ornament fragment that i can spawn it in the game, found tons of lists for spawning weaponis, armor, potions, etc but not for the fragment. Thanks.

I hear he can give it to you in chapter 3, far from now, but thats 2 chapters away, im doing chapter 1.

ok got it solved. Used the "loot all" command and took his stuff, including the fragment.

NOT using f2 to open the text window. Instead just face Lares so he is in your focus

hit b (opens chat window)
type "lares"
hit b (closes chat window)

you'll see in the top left something about gaining an ornament (or the last item in their inventory i think, which in lares case is the ornament). Probably in german, mine was. Lots of stuff still not translated in my copy lol.
