The description is in german and does not mention the english version. So I would guess it will not work. Especially because one of the mentioned features is "new quests". I think they would have mentioned, if those were also translated.
The other features are mostly cosmetic: Better textures, animations and effects, NPCs do or don't become agressive when you enter their huts based on your guild affiliation, AI improvements and bugfixes, ...
I have never used this Mod. But it includes one mod I have used in the past (LP Balance Mod). I preferred the original game.
