I have bought gothic ii gold from here but because i would liked to have and the Classic version too i take it from gamersgate that is the only seller that have this version of the game (it was the English version 1.32). I try it a little in windows 10 and it runs whithout big problems but it has some issues.

- First of all when i launched the game appear at the screen white borders. I found a solution to this by installing a fix with the name "Gothic and Gothic II fullscreen fixes v1.1"
- Secondly at the videos i see only black sceen (with sound) . I also found a solution here by change the "scaleVideos" value to '0'. Now i can see the videos but not at full screen , they appear in a smaller window at the center of the screen.
- Also the higher resolution that i manage to have without problems was 1440x900 (which it is not 16:9 aspect ratio and appears black borders at the sides of the screen). At higher resolutions (for example 1920x1080) the game crashes or have other major problems with graphics and camera making it impossible to play.
- Another issue was that peaple and items appear with wrong proportions especially at wide screen resolution and the camera was not exactry at the right angle. I don't know why but if i talk to a NPC this issue is almost fixed but it appears again when i load the game.
- Finally i cant minimize the game and go to the desktop by pressing the windows logo button , even the ctr+alt+delete does not work properly. i must quit the game to return to the desktop

I know that the Gothic 2 gold has "SystemPack 1.7 patch" that solve such issues and you can play the game at higher resolutions. Aybody know if there is a patch for the Classic 1.32 English version ?
