Hello people,
so I got a quite good laptop. Expect for the graphics card. It is an AMD RADEON 550X. The second GPU is an Intel UHD620. But with 16 GB ram and i7 8th generation. So I thought, it should be possible to run Gothic 3 with decent settings. But no. Barely minimum. So I used the community patch 17.4 which did a little bit better. Also, there is this option for AMD users with the shader workaround after the installation. But I can't explain to me why there is so much performance loss? Anybody got an idea? There are lots of videos out there which recommend switching out the fonts and stuff like that but this wasn't the issue. I even tried to use the directx 9c. But that changed nothing. Any tutorials out there which I can follow?
Best wishes,
Max
