Hello !

I remember playing the original Gothic 2 back in the days...
It was a hard game but fun (specially I loved the part when I was encountered by skeleton midgets in the woods, they were way over my head so I run away to the fields - they followed me and killed all the poor peasants that worked there - that was so much LOL).

Anyways, I never tried to play with the Night of the Raven expansion, I didn't even finished the original Gothic2 (got to the second scene, then an Orc chased me away back ;) ).

So what is it the Night of the Raven expansion exactly ?
What does it add or differs from the original Gothic2 ?
And why it's considered very hard even trough you play the same "levels" as Gothic 2 at first ?
NOTR extends the story in a good way, adds new guilds and a whole new map. G2 NOTR is great and I recomment playing it for the best experience.

The main difference is that the skills cost more points after a certain value. If you have already 30 strength you`ll have to pay 2 skill points to have 31 STR. Also some enemies are harder to beat so in overall the game is more difficult.
