Help guys. I buy Gothic 2, play one time and can't play again. I reinstall gothic and gog, next see this: "Installation failed: configuration error". What's is a problem? I try helps with page GOG, but doesn't working.

Whatever you saw, it didn't post. Could you describe it?

I really don't know. I've had that happen before but I think all I did was to try install again. I wonder if the recent update to GoG Galaxy had any thing to do with it? My guess is that an "installation error" happens when the download is interupted or corrupted.

As for GoG help, the web page help form seems to be hit or miss. I've had it not do anything a couple of times and other times it worked fine. Sometimes, it seems going to the actual web page rather then using Galaxy works better.

I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help - I'm just not very technically oriented.

Ehm this solution looks like to work, but only if you start the game then like the description, not over GOG Galaxy.
