The German version is uncensored (nudity is present).

I couldn't get In Extremo to appear. They are meant to start playing in Chapter 2, so I played that far but nothing happened. The MobyGames trivia says the band was removed from later German releases but I don't know whether that is correct.

Wasn't there a patch to make them appear in the English version as well? I do recall seeing them, and I played Gothic before the German version was added.

Well i was able to add In Extremo with the inextremo.vdf file mentioned in the third post on page 2.
You can extract it from the exe file or install it.

Yes, that patch works fine for restoring the concert (although it seems to require a new game to take effect). Using it on the German version changes some text to English but still works in the end.
