Hello

I've just come from G1 so I'm used to those controls, but is there any benefit of sticking to those over G2's?

So far I've been using the G2 controls and haven't had too much trouble, I just can't see much of a difference between using one or the other. If anything, G2 controls feel easier, but perhaps that is somehow leaving me at a disadvantage that I'm not seeing.

Thoughts?

Thanks

I think the only area where the controls differ is in terms of combat, so with the Gothic 1 control scheme you can do dedicated left and right attacks with Q and E (by default), whereas with the default control scheme you do left and right attacks by pressing attack plus left or right movement. You're not actually gaining or losing any functions, just determining how they are accessed.
