Diego says that I've completed enough quests for other important camp members, but when I talk to Thorus, I don't get any option to get into the Camp.

I completed Diego's quest to get the list from the mine as well (It was the first thing I did for him)

Is this a known glitch? Does anyone have a solution?

Did you do the quest from Thorus where you should kill Mordrag? (you need to bug him until he gives it to you) . You can fail that quest if you tell Mordrag about the Thorus plan, you either need to kill him or go with him to the new camp.
And this might be a silly question because if you play normally this is never a problem, but are you level 5? Because you can't join before.

Can't think of any other problems right now, perhaps after some sleep ;-)

As long as you've passed all the tests--including Thorus's one--you should be able to walk right past Thorus without getting into trouble for doing so.

If you want to play the other factions later on without repeating the starting things this is a good time to make a separate save for that since you're not actually a member of the camp at this point. I always make a save for this purpose and then end up redoing everything anyway. :)

Ah, I'm not Level 5 yet. Almost but not quite.

EDIT: And now I realize that the game told me I needed to be Level 5 when I talked to Diego. I thought that the text was referring to some variable I met when I befriended so many camp members. Man that was stupid on my part.
