I just got gothic 1 and started playing but know i have a problem whenever i want to play the game there are these "bad/low textures" everthing is set on high and the systempack / playerkit is installed aswell.

Can anyone help?

Gothic 1 is already quite old for a video game, it's from 2001.
There are many textures in the game that are horrendously ugly from today's point-of-view, especially on the floor and various walls. Compare your experience to videos of the game, maybe it's just that. If so, you can install a texture mod to improve the quality, but it is largely just how it is.

If the texture quality is actually worse than it should be, maybe you could screenshot that?
