Its a pity they nerfed magic of paladins.

I went through the portal and spoke to saturas. Any tips before i start Jharkendar? Bugs maybe?

And how do i get the holy arrow rune - the exploit you mentioned? I just began ch 2 - can i get it now?

Cheers

Nothing really comes to my mind. Just explore... and bring a pickaxe. There are many hidden treasures in Jharkendar, both lying in the open and buried in the ground. Most of them are parts of Greg's treasure (you'll find a treasure map in his shack). Use website maps if you feel you've missed something.

No, you can't. The exploit involves attacking one of the paladins near the pass (so the rune generates in his inventory) and then going into VoM and fully finishing Chapter 2 before returning. This way, they'll die a scripted death and the runes won't be removed from their inventory (unlike when you or someone else beats/kills them - even though they're immortal IIRC).
Jharkendar is fun :)

I came across 2 bows: magic bow and fire bow. For each, i have ...20 arrows. Are these bows any good - for some really special occasions, esp. given the extremaly limited number of arrows.
I'd say they are more like collector's items, because of the limited ammo and not really great stats. The only at least partially useful "magical" ranged weapon would be the crossbow found on Quarhodron's grave (75/200, ~10 bolts), but since you can't get more ammo for any of them, they're practically useless.
The crossbow looks cool ;)

I finished Jharkendar, the claw is 1h 99 dmg/30% chance.

Is it ok to kill everyone in bandits camp now or shall i wait a little -- i have 1 quest still to do there "mental meanders".

Btw, off topic, i really like this archer. In G3, is archer as good as in G2? And mage? Or mage with a backup bow *big grin*

Well, definitely do the quest. And yes, theoretically, but why would you want to kill them (now)? If for nothing else, leave them be because of the merchants. For example, Fisk gets some potions, plants and five apples (STR bonus) every chapter.

In G3, mage with Fireball is the ultimate build. Archer is also good enough, but not as great as in G2.
Fireball - good old days :) DII LoD. So in G3 its gonna b fireball mage. I will start a different thread for it then once im done with g2.

Ok - back to the topic at hand. I will let them live for the moment and kill them for exp towards the end of the game.

Cheers!
