I've been playing Gothic II for quite a few hours now. This is the first time I have played it. Thank you GOG for putting out another great release of this wonderful RPG. It's a true RPG in every sense ! The game gives you total freedom. The combat is fun and face paced and doesn't get boring, although it does take some getting used too. I patched my game up with a community patch that fixed a lot of issues and a texture pack.
I was not able to get this to run on my Windows 7 system. Windows Vista 64 was perfect though. Had no issues. If you're looking for a true RPG with the freedom and a great engaging story then this is a must buy. Not an easy game by any means, but it's how I remember what games USED to be ! I love it!
