Well the game works on my system(sort of no cinematics) I played for about an hour and wasnt having any real fun with it, mainly due to the scarcity of supplies, so I did a little reading on the game and it turns out the whole things like that but that if you use the shift f10 and type in the cheat its a bit better cause you can actually use a gun without worrying about ammo. but it doesnt work so I wont bother with this title.

I was struggling with it too, at first, until I realized that being perpetually low on supplies just adds a layer of challenge to the game. To be fair, ammunition and medical stuff gets easier to find as you go, and after a while you learn to find a balance between being thrifty with your stuff and staying alive. Conservation of resources becomes a natural part of your tactics. Of course, you still benefit immensely from searching everywhere for weapon caches.
