When you double-click on a farm plot, it selects all plots of that crop on the screen, but it seems to not be of much use. Please allow the same screen that shows up for a single plot, but have it apply to all selected plots. So I can set them all to harvest when ripe, or go to seed, or, most importantly, to enable/disable planting.

Another place this would be really useful is for changing all shelves' priority and allowed items. Selection tool would ideally work as all the other action buttons on the bottom right corner of the screen.

Yes, it is possible to do it with the copy/paste on the upper right corner of the box, but one must click on the shelf, move and click on copy, move and click on shelf, move and click on paste, move and click on next shelf, move and click on paste, repeat.

If there were even a keyboard shortcut for "paste" that would make a huge difference.
