As a resident of Coventry and a genealogist I was very interested when I saw a Coventry death certificate. At first I though it was very realistic but the more I look at the more errors I can find.

The death is registered in a metropolitan borough of Coventry when there were no boroughs outside of London and it fails to list the county of Warwickshire. It also gives a date of death as 24/10/1939 and a date for when the certificate was created 22/04/1939 which is clearly before the death occurred.
"Certified to be a true copy of an entry in the certified copy of a register of Deaths" not this time.

Also the section for the informant normally gives the details for the relative who informed the government of the death so that is can be registered, it includes a name (Sometimes just as initials plus surname) what the relation between them was and the address of the informant. In this case it says certificate received from Doctor G***** and a date with a year I cannot read.

I doubt any devs will respond especially on Gog, but I felt the need to complain about how unusual this certificate is. Considering you could easily find the name of a blitz or april raids victim online and order their death certificate from the GRO (General Register Office) I'm surprised they were so far off the real thing.
