I don't think there are any legal issues, why would they not be able to get a license to distribute it? However, you can still buy it in stores, as Gobliiins 4 only came out one year ago or so. It's not an old game yet, and according to reviews, not a particularly good one either (I haven't played it, but I suspect this is in part because old-style adventures aren't really what the market expected in 2009, though).

I would also like to know:
If we buy the current pack of the first 3 Gobliiins games, and Gobliiins 4 becomes available on GOG, will we be able to get the 4th game for free or at a discount?
