I want to pick this up on GOG to make it easier/cheaper to do multiplayer, but I already have 30+ hours in Steam. Anyone know if theres a way to import a Steam save on the GOG version?

You can check https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Gloomhaven#Save_game_data_location for the location of the savegames.
While I have not tried a savefile from the steam-version on my Gog-version I am 99% certain it will work without any problems.
