Does anyone know exactly how to get the Olmsteady achievement in Chapter 7?

I've looked it up and everyone is saying to examine ALL hotspots inside Olmstein's Lair, including all images inside the Huge Porthole. I have looked/examined every item until the information is repeated over and over again. I even got the Blasphemous Bequest achievement for interacting with the Huge Porthole inside Olmstein's Lair and going through all the images.

I loaded a previously saved game, clicked on everything again, and finally got it...
