So Giants: Citizen Kabuto is currently free to claim on gog from the front page, I have apparently done so, it now says claimed but it does not appear in my inventory. Am i missing something? Can anyone help?

Just wait a while, minutes presumely. You are not the only one who has clicked that button.

Got the same problem, waiting for more than 30 min now and nothing happened at all. Think I'll contact the customer service before the offer expires, hopefully they'll work it out.

Got it in my library now. Must have shown up while I wrote my ticket to the CS! ^^

So I guess you should get your copy too very soon.

It took less than ten minutes for mine to show up but there was no sign of it, it just was there in the game list when I checked.

For me ti showed up instantly. Dunno, maybe GOG's servers are overwhelmed with all of winter sale stuff that they slowed down.
