I have had a look through all the other posts and i can't seem to find this problem so i thought i would make a post. So the basic problem i have with the game is that there is no sound effects (like gun sounds, etc...) but the music is still there. I also noticed that in the audio settings when i adjusted the music slider nothing happen in regards to the music volume but when adjusting the sound effects slider it affected the music. Not sure if that is normal or not but might provide a bit more insight.

lol well i apparently figured out my own problem but i thought i might post on why it was happening for future reference. I was running the sound through my Logitech G930 and it was the surround sound mixer inside the G930 software that was causing the problems. The quick solution is to disable and re-enable the surround sound mixer (usually done via the switch on your headset). Once that is done you should have all the sound including the sound effects.
