In theory yes. I would not be getting my hopes up. The devs have a bad history when it comes to supporting this game besides Steam.

I don't see why the dlc should not get released here. After all, the backers who donated $25 or more will get all the future expansions for free. And the kickstarter game reward (and the X-mas edition too) was a drm free download directly from Black Forest studios webpage.
