Today I installed this game and I encountered two problems:

1- DX10/11 forces 60Hz even if I select 75, 72, 50 or whatever. It doesn't happen in DX9 mode.
2- DX10/11 seems to stutter a bit. It doesn't happen in DX9 mode.

Are these issues known? Is there any solution? Does DX9 represent a downgrade in graphics or something? If not, I'll simply play in DX9.

I haven't heard of these issues before. But from what I could tell, there is no significant difference between DX9 and DX11 graphics if you do not play on some super monitor. set up.
