I just bought the game and installed the patch immediately. When I play the game the camera moves to the left and one of he sisters is at he bottom right of he screen, so I have to hold "L" to move the camera to the right, if I let go it moves back to the left. The game itself runs just fine. Is anyone else having camera issues?

Are you playing with a controller or keyboard?
The known issue that caused this behaviour was playing with a controller/joystick with fewer buttons/analogue sticks than what the game settings see as default in the settings. In this situation camera movement is mapped to the left analogue stick even though it doesn't exist, apparently.
Try remapping the controls in the options, that should solve things.

I was playing with a keyboard, but when I tried playing with a game pad, then the camera was just fine.
