I've looked online and cannot find any mention of a time we can pre-load. Has anyone else heard anything?

I don't think there will be a pre-load option sadly :/

Sadly gog doesn't have preload, just a few exceptions, mostly Cd projekt games. So cyberpunk 2077 will have pre load.
