I disabled Camera Shake in the options, but the camera still shakes heavily and I got heavy motion sickness after 20 minutes of playing. Is this a bug or is the camera shake option something else? Any idea how to turn head bobbing off?

To be fair, the head bobbing won't be the main issue: you are a cybernetic ninja moving rapidly with frequent 90 or 180° turns and lots of verticality too, so if you are very sensitive to motion sickness, I wouldn't recommend this kind of games (think about Mirror's Edge too).

I'm less sensitive, but I feel your pain. (I still have to dfisable most of headbobbing in FPS like Vermintide to enjoy it a couple hours straigh).
Try disabling motion blur and increasing the FOV. That usually helps too.
