Why wouldn't they be able to experience the full game if they wait? It's just an aesthetic to your katana. There are already a few different skins for different platforms that will be unobtainable on your chosen platform. Does that mean we do not get to play the full thing? Of course not! Too much hyperbole in your post. Pre order bonuses must be judged on a case by case basis. In this instance, it's a mere color swap. We do not know if there are unlockable katanas or not, I would wager there are and this exclusive isn't that big of a deal.
