No it's not. I bought it after playing the demo, which is rather rare. For me, Ghostrunner is Hotline Miami in 3D in a cyberpunk setting. Not in detail, but the feeling. Fast gameplay, insta replay...

This game is nothing close to Cyberpunk, and even far from Darlk Soul.
This way closer to a mix between Mirror Edge and Bulletstorm : fast paced, parcour, very high mobility, reflex-based combats with combos, vertical lvl designs...
