Does anyone have similar problem? I bought brutal edition of ghostrunner 2 but this latest DLC ( Heat pack) cant be installed and it looks like it doesnt recognize that I have full edition game. Already contacted GOG support but no one is replying to my ticket. What is going on?

I'm having the same issue. I bought the Brutal Edition back before launch and all of the previous DLCs appeared in my library without issue. However the heat pack isn't showing up in my library either on the website or in GOG Galaxy.

Refresh your account and it should be there.

refreshing your account will make it show in your account but through galaxy it still will not show and will be unable to install. also doesn't show up to download the offline installer either so can't get it installed that way.

Works absolutely fine on my end.

For me at least, refreshing my account allowed me to download the offline installer but it still doesn't show up in Galaxy even after using the offline installer...
