I'm having an issue with The Lost Squad quest. In my quest log it is marked as ready for turn in, however the NPC doesn't have a dialogue option. I'm also not clear on whether I have all of the necessary items. I do have three of them, I'm just not certain whether all of them relate to this quest or if I'm still missing one or two. Am I doing something incorrectly?

Update: It turned out that I was missing a token indeed. Once I found it I was able to turn in the quest. It getting marked as ready is a bug. If I was to venture a guess, the checkmark is triggered by proximity to the corpse I was looking for. I did get close to it the first time around, but there was an enemy nearby and so I didn't loot it.
