Has someone a link to a decent walkthrough (not video please) of this game?

I've grown fed up of navigating it and I want to reach an end asap and I'd rather it not be just stop playing it altogether.

I'm at the part where SIlas is drunk but the cook is nowhere to be found and I'm also supposed to meet the forger at the cliffs but I have no idea where this is...
