invenio: How do you get to the harbor? I'm on the quest where I am supposed to finda the whistle for the two mice in the jail cell and get the spyglass back. The mission says I have to go to the harbor but how?
I had the same question. Turns out there are multiple ways to the harbor. They will become available as you progress through the main quest.

You just have to progress in the main quest. After visiting the catacombs you will be allowed to go to the harbor

I'm stuck on this mission (The Way to Periclave) as it says I have to talk to Kerold. However, he doesn't have anything left to tell me. I did go through a dialog with him just prior. What am I missing?

Can you be more specific? Which one are you referring to? All of the guards in the jail can be knocked out with a bottle.
