I bought this game on disc a year or two after it came out just on a whim, and I was very surprised at how fun and addictive it is! I can understand while it was overlooked - the marketing was non-existent and the packaging looks like this is software made for small children.
Really a shame. I would love to see a sequel. I still play through this title every few years. The feeling you get close to finishing a mission when you have your ghosts using all of their powers while seeing the humans freaking out is just too surreal.
Highly recommended for those who love strategy/simulation.
