Bug location:
Immediately after the first 'take a walk' cutscene in the tutorial.

What it does:
Neverending cutscene

How to replicate:
1. Control the civvie robot from the first 'take a walk' room.
2. Move the civvie robot to a safe location.
3. Resume normal Ghost chassis.
4. Destroy the boxes barring the entrance / exit.
5. Control the civvie robot again
6. Enter the next room using the civvie robot.
7. 'Take a walk' to the civvie robot with access to the control panel.
8. The cutscene showing the elevator control will not end.
