If it helps: I am playing in windowed mode, attempting to use the keyboard to play.

That's pretty much the gist of it. Gex is moving left with no input. If I try to move right, he does a little dance of rapidly swapping between facing left and right. As you can imagine, this makes it a little difficult to play, so does anyone know of any possible fixes?

Edit: Update: This bug only exists in missions. At the level select screen, there is no issue with moving around, and no constant moving left.

Solved: In the settings, under controller, I had enable controller checked, as I originally attempted to utilize a dualshock 4 controller. Unchecking enable controller fixed the bug I was experiencing with the keyboard inputs.
