I deleted a module I was in or too close too and it teleported me inside a computer on the bridge. Is there a workaround for this bug? A console command or a way to suicide the character? I tried reloading the save about thirty times doing a combination of trying to jump/run/move and then crouch and reload but didn't seem to be clipping any closer to escaping.

Happened to me twice to remain stuck, but just while walking around.
The first time I fell inside the launch area of the hangar, but "luckily" there was an alien stuck there too that killed the clone :D
The second time, always in the hangar I was stuck inside a corner where a robot was stuck too, but in that case a reload corrected the situation.

So, I'm interested too if there's a solution for your case.
