我在昨天晚上买了两个游戏，也收到了购买后发送到我邮箱的邮件，然后在库中找不到，我想着可能第二天就有了吧就没在意（当时库里还有四个游戏），到了今天早上还是没有，但是在gog.com可以找到，于是我重新下载了几次客户端，可以 正常登入，但是库中应该出现的六个游戏一起消失了。
这个问题怎么解决呢？找了客服但是客服一直没有回复TAT
