巫师昆特牌里面语言选项栏里没有中文，，是要打补丁才行吗

这里建议你去百度一下“旅法师营地”，然后点进昆特牌区看看置顶帖，里面有非常详尽的汉化教程。
另外，如果有任何昆特牌的相关问题，非常推荐询问那里的人，可以说那里应该算是中国昆特牌最大的社区了。
