GOG "宣称" 他们的平均回复时间是低于 24 小时。
不过我的经验是 5~7 天才得到第一个回复很正常。
我最新的 GOG Ticket #301898 已经超过六天没回复了~

当然，GOG 可能会说前几天是促销和周末所以回复得慢了…
