This site rips you off tried to add funds to my wallet and it says my card denied but i check my card and they did take the amount i tried to add to my wallet but didnt credit my wallet to me seems like a bunch of bull i tried to contact and all i got back was a automated response wont be using this site any more thanks for ripping me off

Si tu sais être patient, tu auras une réponse du staff GOG, mais il faut attendre en moyenne 2 semaines (au minimum) avant une première réponse.
J'ai vécu une situation similaire à la tienne, et même si cela a mis du temps, tout s'est bien passé et GOG m'a reversé mon argent sur mon compte.

GOG a aussi un "Discord", et tu peux aussi parler de ton problème sur ce site.

If you know how to be patient, you will get a response from the GOG staff, but you have to wait on average 2 weeks (at least) before a first response.
I experienced a similar situation to yours, and although it took a while, everything went well and GOG returned my money to my account.

GOG also has a "discord", and you can also talk about your problem on this site.
