Cyberpunk is in a constant loop of trying to update via GOG Galaxy and failing for some unknown reason.
I know I can manually download the game but I wanted to use Galaxy for the convenience but it's been anything but.

running as admin does not help, plenty of room on the drive and I'm about done with this shit, any solutions out there?

the fuckpunk game is on PR server instead of Gog normal game server and may just be out of sunc [happens about once a month]

as we are on the other side of the world and this was 3 days ago, i'd try limiting your Galaxy bandwith for the download [assuming you don't have a tunnel to euope] and try again
in really bad sync senarios your download files can be corrupt
when this happens the download will fail over and over and needs mucking about
step 1 - report it [check fuckpunk forums] because Gog needs to reset their server before it will give you the correct file... that typically takes a few days

step 2 - you need to remove the corupt files and download a fresh copy

to find these open Galaxy and select settings tab [see image]
then select installing/ update and make a note of your temp location [see image]

you can goto that location to delete the file... never tell Gog to download temp to the same folder as the actual games or you will get into all kinds of problems

doing this will mean you must redownload the entire update from scratch which can be a bitch with bigger files but its better than endless fails
