Hi,

I haven't been able to play Shadow of Mordor for a while because apparently there is a synchronization problem with the cloud.
I searched on the internet where it could come from but I couldn't find..., I tried to check / repair the game and I even uninstalled and reinstalled several but it didn't change anything.

If anyone has a solution for me, I'm all ears.

Thanks in advance.

Just disable cloud saves and you'll be fine, happens everytime to me because I have a bad upload speed.

Go to manage installation --> configure --> features tab and disable cloud saves

That's very strange. I was never able to get cloud saves to work and support didn't help (it would initially work for about a day when first playing a game). I've seen that "can't sync due to heavy load" message about a billion times, but it never prevented the game from launching. I ended up just disabling cloud saves globally under Cog wheel - Settings - Game features.
first off it works for me on WIndows 10 installed to the G drive with documents in D

have you got a document folder called WB games... is there anything in that folder that was not put there by the game i.e, mods , images etc?

the gog server syncs down to peoples system when the game is started and up from their documents folder to the gog server at game end... which sync is giving you the error?
