It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

With the last Galaxy update it has been spamming me notifications and there is no way to remove them or turn them off!
I have been trying to message someone for support about it and the new bot is broken and wont stop spamming commands.
What is with this site? Whoever is running things is beginning to lose my respect. We are no longer able to reach support through the website.

The question you asked is very good. I read it carefully but could not find anyone to help me understand it. Anyone can describe it correctly here https://nuwaveairfryer.org/

If you're talking about notifications when wishlist items go on sale, then yes, those were introduced with no way to disable them. You can try disabling everything under Settings - Notifications and see if by chance they're tied to an existing notification category. Or you can disable the Overlay altogether under Settings - Game Features and see if that makes a difference.

The bot should prompt you for information to create a support ticket, if you repeatedly say it wasn't helpful. You can also bypass it with a user style. Supposedly e-mailing support (at) gog (dot) com also works, though I've never tried this.
Bear in mind once you have a support ticket open, it will likely take weeks to get a response. If your issue is what I suspect above, then you'll probably just be told your feedback has been passed on to the relevant team. You can do the same by clicking the cogwheel in the top left and choosing "Report a bug".
Thanks. I tried all of that. I didn't know there was a way to bypass the bot. I have never had this much trouble trying to contact support until that stupid thing.
