Seriously, how do developers keep forgetting to add this essential feature?
I don't want the window in my face on startup. Just load in the background and appear in the tray.

Yeah it is really a pain..if you haven't solved this yet, a workaround if you are on Windows is to create a Scheduled Task for Gog Galaxy, with argument /launchViaAutoStart.
Then have the task run on Startup or User log in.

I agree. It is a joke.

My personal policy is if it doesn't get fixed in a reasonable time then I uninstall. My personal computer is not anyone's advertising platform. I pay for the games and should get to choose when I want to use their service.
