I really really want to sort by last purchased. I know you must have this in your database. If I go on a purchasing spree and then a week later I just want to see the last things I bought so I can install them and try them out... i don't remember what I got and it makes me sad. I have too many games to scroll through every week.

That would be cool.
I just made a similiar question. So it's hopeless? Why would they make a new Galaxy that does not offer the basics you had in the older?
I agree I really miss that, especially since on the website they still show this, just the awfull new client does not has this feature...
I just updated to 2.0 and immediately missed this option - was very handy as you say in organizing the library! There are other options, but aside from sorting by Title, sorting by Purchase Date is what I used in 1.x
Being able to sort in reverse would be handy as well.
If there is a place to vote for this please let me know. I desperately want this feature. Otherwise I need to open the website and use that then search in the launcher for the game for the most recently acquired games. This is a frustrating user experience.

This is a big reason why 2.0 SUCKS. I had to use my browser to figure out what I had recently purchased!
Don't support GOG with your money until it adds the MOST IMPORTANT feature to Galaxy 2. Anything like adding games from Steam is nonsense and useless. I just have two clients. Steam and GOG and that solves it.
Gog unnecessarily gets the job done by adding nonsense that people don't need, or at least don't need at the beginning of using the Galaxy Client.
The Galaxy client should be ready and functional, especially with the games that the GOG company sells. Now it can't add the most important feature of all game clients, like the ordinary Sort by date of purchase, because it deals with the pointless addition of games from other clients.

That's why I'm asking users to get together and stop supporting GOG with their money until these people prioritize and start doing the Galaxy with the most important features, which are certainly not part of adding games from Steam. This is a secondary issue!
Gog Galaxy must first work flawlessly with your games that you sell, and only then take care of adding games from other platforms.
I agree please re-add this feature.
I've reported this "feedback" to GOG myself over the years.
It's been over two years since someone started this thread.
And still something this simple but essential is not added?
No explanation from GOG?
Pathetic.
Adding my +1 to this.

Everytime I open Galaxy this bugs me.

2 years for such a simple option.. that previously existed... and is used by default on the webpage...?

Ps. The 'Recent' -> 'New in Library' page sucks and is not what anyone in this thread is asking for.
