I'm sure this has been mentioned on the forum multiple times, but I just wanted to point out a few things with GOG Galaxy 2.0 that are still holding it back from being my daily driver for PC gaming.
- Unless there is some hidden feature I'm not aware of, it baffles my mind that the user profile from the GOG website (which was usable on the old GOG app) is not integrated with GOG Galaxy. Looking at stats and comparing with friends within that specific user profile is what I prefer over the very minimal profiles being used in Galaxy 2.0.
- Web browser within overlay. I like to play games at Fullscreen vs. Borderless Window, and having quick access to game wiki's and game forums in the overlay is my favorite feature in Steam. I feel this severely holds back Galaxy compared to Steam.
As someone who has been interested in moving away from Steam and using GOG more, it would be wonderful to have these two features available to make the experience better.
