Can you finally fix this UAC promt for every damn thing scriptinterpreter does?
I don't have GOG installed in privileged directory and is installed in user directories with all access, so why the hell it always needs UAC prompt?

How about you separate elevation for instances where you need to install redists and make it work without admin account on just normal update.

It's friggin 2021 learn to program already!

Hi there. Did you maybe manage to fix this? I have a similar problem where everytime i start/update/install a game i get that pop-up and games won\t install... even when doing literally nothing I will get that popup and after that I receive setup unable to create directory error. Thank you :)
