I just purchased several games. In order to install them I have to go from the confirmation screen to my library, sort my library to get them all together, click the arrow and wait for the pop-up and click continue (for each one), and then return to the arrow menu to select goodies, click on each manual or whatever, hope it was properly added, back up, blah, blah, blah... Seriously? This should be easier.
I won't compare to Steam, mostly because Steam's access to things like manuals and soundtracks is horrifically bad. In fact, Steams entire default setup is an embarrassment to competence. But, I should be able to download without misery.
