I have disconnected multiple accounts from Galaxy 2.0 but the games still show up in the client. I even went so far as to do a clean reinstall of Galaxy 2.0 (plus an OS reboot for good measure) and it still imported all of my libraries despite no connections being made in Galaxy. I can't actually install these games since the platforms aren't integrated into Galaxy though. This makes me think that my libraries are being stored somewhere on my GOG account but I have no way of accessing/modifying them. Am I missing an obvious "remove non-GOG games" button somewhere or is there no current method to removing non-GOG games from Galaxy 2.0?

edit: reconnecting and re-disconnecting the accounts fixed it.

Mmh, data is still probably there in your profile (as in Windows profile).

We're aware of the issue and the very first disconnect should have removed those games.

@All, anyone please EXPLAIN to me how exactly can I remove games from other platform (in my case Steam). It was linked before, then unlinked. I reinstalled Windows to formatted HDD and GOG Galaxy 2.0 Beta added Steam games nonetheless. It's killing me!
I don't know what "disconnect" means, I have only Logout and Connect, tried it. What should I do???

And please direct me to proper thread if it exists, that was the one I got from Google search.

It is said that if you "connect" and then "disconnect" a platform that should remove the games. But it doesn't work for everyone, and as above they've said they're aware of the issue but there is no fix.

If you want to remove an integration and its games, you shouldn't have to connect to that integration. It should be handled on GOG's side but this is not how it currently works.

So it could work but it does not work for me and some other users and there is nothing we can do about it at the moment.

What do you mean by that? I should not have connect it in the first place? Yeah, figures. I did not know it might work that way.

Yes. I hope they update soon. Galaxy 2.0 is full of bugs and problems with integrations.

I meant ideally if we want to remove an integration, it should be handled on GOG's side with an easy way to disconnect/remove. Not by uninstalling Galaxy or deleting select files or forcing us to reconnect to a 3rd party plugin. It should be one simple click like they advertise. They say "Your data belongs to you. With a single click, you can remove your imported data from our servers." This is not true.

I agree with you 100 percent.

Removing any files won't help with games data.

Currently, you have to connect the platform, and then click disconnect - you should get the prompt asking if you want to remove this platform's data. Then all games from this platform should be removed from your Games list in GOG GALAXY 2.0. Yes - it was promised and this should work. I'm not aware of any issues here, currently.

If this doesn't work for you - please use cogwheel menu to report this issue. I have passed your feedback to our QA to check the matter either way.

edit: having the plugin not connected does not mean that games from a platform will get removed. You have to disconnect it using the UI, not by reinstalling GOG GALAXY 2.0, Windows or plugin. I hope that was clear from the beginning.

That would technically be three clicks then, not what was promised when advertised as a single click to remove data. The worse issue is that Galaxy is forcing me to once again log in to a 3rd party plugin just to remove data from Galaxy itself. I no longer want to use the Steam integration as it is from a 3rd party and I have security concerns. Forcing me to login with a 3rd party plugin just to remove data from Galaxy is wrong IMO.

Trying it now, will revert to you in 30 minutes.
Yes, I did Connect > Disconnect from Steam before the full system reinstall.

[UPDATE] It worked! For some reason I have 17 games less in GOG Galaxy but at least there is no Steam mess! Thank you very much!

This only works if the integration fully connects, I've been adding SNES and Sega Genesis connectors for ROMs and basically if the GOG Galaxy launcher crashes it will add some of them however WON'T be connected on lunch meaning I can't remove them.

Surely I should be able to some how log into see my online game database or remove platforms aka remove the SNES one to perform a clean install?

This should be straight forward, I'd imagine there is something inside the GOG plugins that does this because how else will it be removing games from the database!

Does anyone maybe a developer know what command its using to do this?

You should contact our support to remove games from a specific platform from your account - if you're not connected and can't connect.

We've created a short article about it here:
https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007347597?product=galaxy
you may contact our support here and ask for manual disconnection (select problem type: Tracking issues).

And I just want to thank you for topping this topic when I was desperately looking for a way to remove my steam games. You saved my "night" (yeah, my problem is solved so now I can go to bed and have a good dream) bro. Thank you so much again!
